What Will You Do?

• Develop an advanced platform in collaboration with a dynamic team, working closely with Saly’s CEO.
• Improve and maintain web applications to meet end-user requirements.
• Work with monolithic architecture, transitioning to microservices architecture.
• Break down tasks and plan workflows in a structured and precise manner.
• Lead the development team and mentor Middle-level developers.

Technologies and Tools

• Languages and Frameworks: TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, Python, JavaScript.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse.
• Advanced Technologies: Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform, Yandex Cloud.
• CI/CD and Tools: GitHub Actions, customized DevOps workflows.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading teams (Team Lead/Tech Lead).
• 5+ years of experience in Node.js development and 3+ years with NestJS.
• Expertise in building high-load distributed systems.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.
• Strong understanding of TypeScript and code design principles (KISS, SOLID, DRY).
• Experience working in CI/CD environments, including setting up workflows with GitHub Actions.
• Ability to formulate clear requirements for DevOps teams.
• Experience developing in modular and distributed architectures. 3+ years working with integrations and APIs.
